Our transparent fee structure includes a combination of a commitment fee and a search contingency fee. The commitment fee initiates the position review, team assessment and search validation. The contingency is based on the successful completion of the search, with the final search fee reduced by the commitment fee already paid.

Contingency Search Fee – 30% of first year base salary
